You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of n99 complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. n99 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in all locations. If access to online gaming is prohibited in your location, you must not use n99.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active account on n99. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all associated balances and permanent suspension.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false information, including a false name, age, or identity documents, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
2.5 KYC Verification. n99 is required to conduct identity verification on all accounts that process withdrawals. You agree to submit a valid Pakistani CNIC and any additional documents requested by n99's compliance team within the timeframe specified in the request. Failure to complete KYC within the required period may result in withdrawal restrictions.
3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n99 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, including family members, and must not permit any other person to access your account.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify n99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of or access to your account. n99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 Account Non-Transferability. Your n99 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempted transfer renders the account subject to immediate suspension.
3.4 Contact Information. You must maintain a valid and accessible email address and Pakistani mobile number on your n99 account at all times. n99 communicates important account notices, security alerts, and verification requests through these channels.

4.1 Accepted Methods. n99 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. n99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on the originating bank's processing times. n99 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts that have completed KYC requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is as displayed in your n99 account at the time of the request. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to availability.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time. n99 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated in your account dashboard. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal request triggers n99's anti-fraud review procedures.
4.5 Currency. n99 does not charge currency conversion fees. Your account balance is maintained in PKR and all transactions are denominated accordingly. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside n99's control and are your responsibility.
5.1 General Rules. All bets placed on n99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game format. Rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform and are deemed incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. n99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Bet acceptance is not guaranteed and is subject to available markets, stake limits, and n99's risk management policies.
5.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. In the event of manifest errors in odds, game rules, or payout calculations, n99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. A manifest error includes, but is not limited to, clearly incorrect odds resulting from a system fault or human data-entry error.
5.4 Winnings Settlement. Winnings are credited to your n99 account wallet upon official settlement of the relevant market or game. Settlement is final subject to the right of n99 to correct manifest errors or investigate suspected rule violations.
5.5 Casino Games. All casino games on n99, including live dealer games and slot titles, are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and house edge information are provided for all applicable games.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers on n99 are subject to individual terms and conditions communicated at the time each promotion is offered. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are available only to eligible registered users aged 18 or above who have satisfied any applicable KYC requirements.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotional terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal. n99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Such modification does not affect any bonus already credited to a user's account prior to the change.
7.1 Adult Platform. n99 is an 18+ platform. We are committed to preventing underage access and take reasonable steps to verify user age at registration and on request.
7.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. Every n99 account includes deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. 7.3 Self-Exclusion. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on n99 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

10.1 n99 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur, and n99 will endeavour to communicate these in advance where practicable.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity — arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits n99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by its own negligence.
11.1 By n99. n99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to n99.
11.2 By You. You may close your n99 account at any time by contacting live support or submitting a closure request through your account settings. Prior to closure, any withdrawable balance must be requested for withdrawal. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.
11.3 Effect of Termination. On closure of your account, your licence to use the n99 platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, and 10 — shall continue in full force.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or related to your use of n99 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
